Services and Terms of Use

Sample Collection and Diagnostic Services

LabBox provides sample collection services for various diagnostic tests. Users can book appointments for sample collection based on availability. LabBox may need to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as public health guidelines, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Users will be notified of such changes through email or SMS, and it is their responsibility to check for updates.

Report Generation

LabBox aims to provide diagnostic test results within 24-48 hours after the sample reaches the laboratory. Some tests may require longer processing times, and users will be informed of any expected delays at the time of booking. Users acknowledge and accept potential delays in receiving test results.

Promotional Offers and Coupon Codes

LabBox may provide promotional offers and coupon codes. The following terms apply:

• Validity: Offers and coupon codes are valid for a specified period. Users must use them within this timeframe.

• Redemption: Each offer or coupon code can be redeemed only once per user unless otherwise stated. Multiple offers or codes cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to external accounts. Specific terms and conditions regarding wallet money usage, including any limitations, will be clearly outlined in the app.

LabBox reserves the right to modify the wallet money policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through app notifications or other channels.

Modification of Terms

LabBox reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

Termination

LabBox reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
