Service Appointment Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after booking the appointment. Once the sample collection process has been initiated, cancellations may not be possible.

To cancel an appointment, please contact our customer support team promptly.

Non-Cancellable Situations

Once the lab technician has been dispatched or the sample collection has begun, cancellations will not be entertained.

Specific tests that have already entered the analysis phase at our partnered laboratories cannot be canceled.

If you experience any issues with the quality of our service or the accuracy of the test results, please report it to our customer service team within the same day of receiving your results. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include a refund or re-testing at no additional cost.

If the service was not delivered as described or there was a significant delay beyond the communicated time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Services

In the unlikely event that the service provided is found to be defective or the results are damaged, please notify us immediately. Our team will review the situation and if the defect or damage is confirmed, we will offer a refund or arrange for a re-test.

Refund Processing

In cases where a refund is approved, the process will take 3-5 working days to be completed and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.
